An alternate assessment scheme has been announced by India’s Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for Class 12 students in Middle East countries since the remaining board exams were cancelled in the wake of regional tensions. The Board said that the results of these students would be declared along with rest of the students.

As most Board Exams stand cancelled in the Gulf owing to the ongoing regional conflict, Nargish Khambatta, Executive Vice President, GEMS Education, writes an Open Letter to students, reassuring them that the educational ecosystem has their back while they will only emerge stronger from this.
